This is MY journey with MS! I give you my thoughts, feelings, hopes, and prayers. My wish that one day this disease will come to an end. That one day there will be a cure. For now, I hold on to possibility. I HOPE this will help and inspire not only myself but others.

Some Inspiration
I hope that I can inspire each of you, even if it is just
a little. I found a way to leave messages where
you can click on the link and actually hear me
speak to you. Enjoy!
This picture shows the loves of my life. My son, Nathan, and dog, Buddy. They keep me smiling. :) They provide all the inspiration I could ever need. Smile often, play hard, love completely.

Hrmmm ... I see stairs in the background. Any problem with those? I cannot tell you how many times I've kissed the landing after a misstep.
I made the decision to move into a place with stairs because there has been some studies showing the more you use stairs, exercise, etc. the more likely you are to continue to be mobile. I have railings to hold on to and have had my fair share of falls, but the place also has bathrooms and everything I need on both floors. So, I don't have to go upstairs if I can't. I won't make that mistake the next time I move.
Buddy is a common name. Actually when we adopted him, he was already named. He is the best. We really lucked out! Amanda, I hope that you are feeling better today. Take care.
Jaime
